As a female personal trainer based in Dubai, UAE Tiffany is very versatile and focuses on each client individually and can work with every client on a one to one basis, she can also provide personal training in the form of a group fitness session. Tiffany has always been passionate about water sports. Being a competitive swimmer, she decided to turn her love and passion for swimming into teaching. From learning how to swim to stroke correction and has been doing same for the past 10 years. As well as swimming Tiffany provides other personal training services for a wide variety of clients. Whether you need to lose some weight or build up strength Tiffany can help. She specialises in Bootcamp & HIIT exercise routines, designed to get your blood pumping and dramatically increase your overall health and fitness levels. For those involved in sports Tiffany can create tailor-made workout plans to help you increase your sports strength and endurance – boxercise is just one example.

Tiffany understands that every client is different and every client has different needs, abilities and goals. With this in mind her personal training style adapts to the client. Some clients are better suited to a firm personal training approach while others need more encouragement. Tiffany’s workout and exercise plans are created with you in mind and she always listens to her clients and takes their feedback into account when working with them either on a one-to-one or group personal training basis.
