As a personal fitness specialist in Dubai he uses a variety of techniques and methods with focus on enhancing sports performance through resistance training and the ability to move correctly. This includes sports specific training techniques for improving your or your groups football fitness. Peter believes everyone is their own athlete and that proper movement is the key element.

Peter constantly challenges himself in his own training and areas of self-improvement.  He has a Level 4 Personal Training Qualification from The Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, and is constantly furthering his education and understanding of human body in order to train his clients in the best possible way.

Peter’s personal and group training specialties are catered around high intensity sports conditioning drills that are catered to individuals and groups for weight loss, fat burning, and body composition transformations. As well as specializing in muscle imbalances in horse riders.
