Dubai Personal Trainer Nick became a Personal Trainer after training with a professional basketball team in Scotland (Glasgow Rocks) He studied Fitness, Health and Exercise in Cardonald College as well as gaining his level 3 personal fitness certification and group fitness qualification. Nick is a general fitness expert who can use a wide variety of exercise and workout plans to help you acheive all your fitness goals. If you are new to fitness training, Nick’s friendly attitude and passion for exercise and healthy living will make you feel comfortable with your new training plan. Much of Nicks experience comes from training clients for fat loss, weight loss, body toning and bodybuilding in Dubai. He also has experience in sports specific training for clients involved in Basketball, Football or Golf.

Nick’s interest in personal fitness at the gym started when he become involved in playing basketball. He has played basketball for many teams in Scotland including playing at a top level, travelling to America, Germany and Mauritius. As a professional sportsmen for over 2 years Nick knows that with dedication and commitment you can achieve all of your personal fitness goals. Now based in Dubai, UAE Nick is focused on providing a top level personal training service for 1-2-1 and group fitness. He uses his professional sports training experience to the full to ensure you get the best advice and the best workout plans designed for your needs.
