Michael graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, acquiring a BSc (Hons) in Personal Fitness Training, with REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer accreditation. His particular focus is sports performance and development, and also enjoys developing health related fitness in the UAE. With 3 years personal training experience in Dubai, he understands how to help individuals achieve a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

About Me:


Michael is a Dubai Personal Trainer who offers training for weight loss, fitness training for sports or general well-being, strength and conditioning, boxing and Muay Thai, as well as circuit training. Based at the ‘Fit Lab’ in the Emirates Golf Club Gym Michael enjoys strength training and conditioning for sporting activities. His sports background is mostly rugby, but he also enjoys boxing and Muay Thai. Michael also take a keen interest in military style training and Crossfit.

Depending on the clients goals, Michael enjoys high paced workouts with focus on proper technique. All designed to help you get the best out of your personal training sessions and lead you to your personal fitness goals.

Michael has been a professional personal trainer for over 4 years. He has a BSc (Hons) Personal Fitness Training from University of Central Lancashire, England and is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer. These qualifications coupled with his personal training experience and fitness knowledge ensure your personal fitness objectives are met.

My Specialities:


Michael is an all-round general fitness expert with expertise in fitness training, weight loss and sports specific training. Nutrition and diet is an important aspect of any fitness regime so Michael can also advise you on what you should and shouldn’t be doing where your diet is concerned.
