Marc is a 25 years old Dane who moved to Dubai in June 2017 to continue his personal training career. Prior to starting his career as a personal trainer Marc played football professionally for the best league in Denmark. Being a professional sportsman takes commitment and Marc knows that with dedication and support you can achieve all your health and fitness goals in Dubai.

As well as providing personal training to clients in Dubai who are interested in sports fitness Marc’s experience is varied. Being from a professional football playing background Marc is the ideal choice if you need training in football fitness in the UAE or if you someone to coach small groups of adults or children.

He uses different exercise and training techniques based on what he feels will benefit the client most, this includes bodyweight training, weightlifting, CrossFit and more. Marc is also experienced in the specialist area of personal training and fitness for seniors and the elderly in the UAE.

Every PT client is different and they have different needs. Normally Marc likes to incorporate bodyweight movements as a part of his personalised training plans. Marc likes to focus on correct form and technique to ensure you get the best possible results from all your training sessions. He likes to get to know his clients because this is the best way to ensure he understands all of their goals and expectations. Marc can then create workout and exercise plans which include variations of exercises and routines, this ensures you never get bored during your training sessions and helps you to remain focused. All programs and PT sessions are specifically tailored to you, so you will see the results in a fast and safe way.

For his home personal training in Dubai Marc likes to use kettlebells, medicine balls, foamroller, barbells, dumbbells, battlerope, TRX and other equiment for agility.
