My method of personal training in Dubai is based on the clients need. Most training methods can be performed in the comfort of your home. In home based training I normally bring some equipment like kettle bells, TRX, steps, medicine ball, weights and much more.

I do circuit training, boxercise, Tabata, HIIT as well as group exercise.
